Technical Event “SRISHTI”
Srishti - the platform for exploring technical skills of students was started on 10th May 2014. It involved events like Model-Making, Technical paper presentation and Fastest Survey.
Model making was the first event and 14 teams of 2 participated and proved their architectural skills. Students got to know about the new dimension for their abilities. Paper presentation was the next event and 10 participants presented their technical paper which gave more knowledge related to current trends in Civil Engineering.
The last event was Fast Survey, 10 teams of 3 participated in the event. Fast survey was planned to make the students know how to make survey an enjoyable task. Our participants completed a distance of 700m with a rolling terrain in just 7minutes with calculations.
Srishti proved to be a great platform for students to introspect their hidden talents and explore new avenues of civil engineering.
